CASE STUDY / FROGUM
From one advert to an ongoing partnership
Frogum chose Rek House as its production partner for advertising, product communication and recurring content through a video subscription.

RaceRock
One mat for every occasion.ABOUT THE CLIENT

Many products. Different audience needs.
Frogum manufactures car floor mats and boot liners. Their value needs to be clear both to drivers buying online and to business partners. Drivers look for a fit for their particular car, interior protection, easy installation and appearance. B2B audiences also need to understand the manufacturer's capabilities and order handling. The strategy addressed these needs separately, giving each message a clear audience and purpose.
THE CHALLENGE
Combining emotion, accuracy and consistency.
The brand needed several video formats with different roles. The RaceRock advert was designed to express the product's character through an engaging story. Tutorials needed to guide users through unpacking, fitting and installation. Regular content supplied topics for social media, from product tests and care to drivers' seasonal needs. The challenge was to combine emotion with technical accuracy while keeping communication consistent across product lines.
Each format had a clear role
- Advertising: express the character of the product.
- Tutorials: make unpacking, fitting and installation easier.
- Content: provide regular topics for social media.
THE SOLUTION / SELECTED VIDEOS
One partnership. Complementary formats.

The RaceRock advert showed the product in different situations from drivers' lives, connected by the idea of ‘one mat for every occasion’. Rek House handled the script, production planning, crew, equipment, filming and post-production.
We produced landscape, portrait and square versions of the advert, along with a version for the Player streaming platform. Frogum could use the content in online campaigns, social media and video on demand, choosing the format for each publishing channel.

THE RESULT
A video library that grows with the brand.

The value of this model was the ability to expand the video library as new products and publishing needs emerged. The team gained an ongoing video production process that could develop with the brand.

inFAQ | VIDEO CASE STUDY
Video production for an automotive brand.
Clear answers about the project, production process and using video in marketing and sales.
How do you organise ongoing video production for an automotive brand?+
Start by mapping products, customer questions, seasonality and publishing channels. Then bring together a monthly topic plan, scripts, a filming schedule and a consistent post-production and approval process.
How can an advert, product tutorials and short-form videos work together?+
Each format needs a distinct role. Advertising builds emotion and product positioning, tutorials address purchase concerns and help users, and short-form videos reach audiences regularly. A shared strategy, visual language and footage library keep the content consistent.
How do you plan a batch of videos for a shoot?+
The scope depends on the products, cast and complexity of the shots. For recurring content, grouping topics by cars and props helps organise production. We build the schedule around the agreed deliverables and production requirements.
How do you explain a technical product in a short video?+
Begin with a specific action or problem, such as choosing a product for a car, unpacking it, attaching it or positioning a liner. Then show the correct sequence using the actual product and match it to the narration. For Frogum's tutorial series, we worked with the client's scripts and refined technical details during approval.
Can product videos be produced in several languages?+
Yes. We prepared Frogum's instructional videos in Polish and English. Language adaptation involves adjusting narration, captions and editing pace, as well as checking product terminology.
How do revisions and approvals work?+
The client reviews both technical content and visuals. Feedback on the Frogum films covered the order of actions, voice-over, product names, logos and shots. Script changes after filming can require additional work, so it helps to approve the script before the shoot and clearly identify each revision and the approved set.
How can you measure video performance without complete sales data?+
Start with publishing volume and consistency, viewing completion, saves, clicks, comments with product questions, and use of content by sales and customer service teams. Any claims about sales impact should follow the implementation of reliable attribution.
Which businesses can benefit from this production model?+
Manufacturers, e-commerce businesses and technical brands with multiple products or variants. It is particularly useful when a marketing team needs premium advertising, tutorials, educational content and regular social media formats at the same time.
