PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Privacy policy

This policy explains who processes personal data shared with Rek House, why it is processed and which rights apply.

1. Data controller

The controller is Rek House Anna Rek, ul. Andersa 22/16, 00-201 Warsaw, Poland, Polish tax ID 5291822286. Contact: k.golebiowski@rekhouse.pl.

2. Data we process

We may process your name, work email, company, telephone number, enquiry and correspondence, along with basic technical server logs such as IP address, browser, visited page and connection time.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

  • responding, preparing an estimate and taking steps before a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • correspondence, security, work organisation and legal claims, as a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  • legal, accounting and tax duties, under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
  • analytics or marketing that requires consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Recipients and international transfers

Necessary providers may support hosting, email, IT, accounting, legal services and CRM under appropriate agreements. Where data is processed outside the EEA, GDPR transfer mechanisms apply.

5. Retention

Enquiries are retained for the time needed to respond and a reasonable period for follow-up and claims. Contract and accounting data is retained as required by law. Consent-based processing ends when consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing, withdraw consent and complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Analytics and updates

Google Tag Manager is used and Google Analytics 4 may run after consent. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are disabled by default. Last updated: 23 August 2026.
