THE CONTEXT

Consistency comes from a system.

Publishing regularly is difficult when every video starts as a separate project. We build recurring formats, shared production rules and a topic pipeline so the team can communicate without reinventing the process each month.

The result can combine expert-led content, product demonstrations, interviews, employer branding, event clips and paid-social creatives.

FAQ

Questions about short-form video production

How many Reels or Shorts can you film in one shoot day?

For a one-off short-form production, we typically plan 5–10 short videos in one shoot day. The number depends on script length, speakers, location changes, set design and product footage. A straightforward expert series is quicker to record than scenes involving a cast. Before filming, we agree the video list and final formats. Subscription packages have their own allocations, so we always confirm the number of deliverables in the proposal.

How do you produce an expert video series for a B2B company on LinkedIn?

We start with customer questions and topics that come up in sales conversations. Each video addresses one problem, example or objection. With your expert, we agree the content, prepare opening lines and plan the shoot. We guide the conversation on set to keep answers natural. During editing, we add the agreed captions, graphics and call to action. A series can be recorded in a shared session and delivered in batches aligned with your publishing calendar.

How much does business short-form video production cost, and when should we choose a subscription?

We quote a one-off series based on video count, scripts, shoot days, locations and editing requirements. For recurring needs, BASIC costs PLN 6,500 excluding VAT per month and includes one shoot of up to 8 hours plus 1 YouTube video or 8 vertical videos. MINI costs PLN 4,900 excluding VAT per month, with one shoot and 1 YouTube video or 6 vertical videos every two months. A one-off project suits a specific campaign; a subscription suits a recurring content plan. We agree additional formats and services before work starts.

Does short-form production include scripts, publishing and advertising management?

We can develop ideas, write scripts, film and edit, or work from your approved brief. Production ends with delivery of the agreed files. Publishing, captions, comment and message moderation, and paid campaign management can be added to the scope. Before work starts, we agree the channels, goals, approval process and responsibility for the account. Social media and campaign management are quoted separately from production, with the advertising budget agreed separately too.

Which video lengths, aspect ratios and language versions can you deliver?

We adapt length to the topic and publishing channel, for example with 15-, 30- or 60-second versions. Vertical 9:16 works for Reels, Shorts and TikTok; we can also prepare 1:1 or 16:9 versions for other uses. We agree subtitles, translations and voice-over versions as part of the project scope. Planning the versions before filming lets us frame and script the material for each channel while keeping the message, captions and call to action clear.

Can short-form videos be used in paid campaigns and ad testing?

Yes. At the scripting stage, we can plan different opening hooks, arguments or calls to action and create variants for advertising tests. Each ad should address a specific audience need and lead to an agreed destination, such as a product page or contact form. Before production, we establish distribution channels and licensing requirements. Campaign management, measurement and reporting are available separately. Test results can inform future shoots; producing videos does not guarantee sales.

How do scheduling, approvals and filming at multiple locations work?

Before starting, we agree deadlines for scripts, filming, the first edit, feedback and delivery. The schedule depends on scope and the availability of speakers and locations. We can film at your premises and other agreed locations, allowing time for travel and equipment setup. Your team provides brand materials, product access and one person to consolidate feedback. We specify revision rounds and travel costs in the proposal. Our standard subscription includes two revision rounds and travel up to 50 km from Warsaw.

What video rights do we receive, and can you reuse our existing footage?

The agreement defines rights to the finished videos based on your planned publications and advertising. Music, stock assets and actors require licences or permissions appropriate to that use. We can also create short videos from your webinars, interviews and other footage if you hold the relevant rights and its quality supports the intended edit. We review the files and agree any new elements before quoting. Delivery of project files or raw footage requires a separate agreement on scope.
