CASE STUDY | BRANDED CONTENT | VIDEO + PODCAST
How can a social topic become content that invites a real conversation?
Together with More Bananas, Pracuj.pl, Share the Care Foundation and Who's Your Daddy, we produced a video and podcast about equality for working parents.
ABOUT THE CLIENT

Pracuj.pl
The project explored the role of fathers in care, equal division of responsibilities and relevant European regulation.
Several organisations contributed expertise, so the production required clear roles, natural conversation and a consistent final form.
THE CHALLENGE
Make the subject clear without losing its substance.
Coordinate multiple partners, protect the sensitivity of the subject and record image and sound to a standard that lets the same conversation work as video and podcast.
The material needed to:
- serve a defined business or communication goal;
- remain credible for specialist audiences;
- work across the required channels and formats;
- represent the client to a consistent visual standard.
SOLUTION AND APPROACH
One clear system from idea to publication.
Rek House connected business context, narrative design and complete production responsibility.
Role design
We agreed production responsibility and collaboration with the subject partners.
Recording plan
The set was designed to preserve the natural rhythm of the conversation.
Image and audio
Film and a standalone sound track were recorded together.
Two formats
Editing and post-production turned one session into video and podcast assets.
RESULTS
Content designed to remain useful after publication.
One story, two ways to engage
Audiences can watch the full conversation or listen in podcast form.
Strong partner coordination
A multi-organisation project moved through one production process.
A respectful branded format
The subject remains factual, human and accessible.
