ABOUT THE CLIENT

EIT Food logo

Different programmes, audiences and formats within one organisation.

EIT Food develops educational, social and innovation programmes for the European food and agriculture sector. Its teams needed content that could explain expert knowledge, promote programmes, document events and show innovation tested in real conditions.

Every brief started from a different place. Rek House handled existing recordings that needed post-production, self-recorded ambassador footage and complete productions involving interviews, field filming and international logistics.

THE CHALLENGE

Maintain quality across formats, languages and different starting points.

The content needed to work on websites, YouTube, LinkedIn and social media. Some interviews were recorded in Polish and required English subtitles. The scope ranged from short vertical videos to longer stories featuring experts, startups and farmers.

The film needed to:

  • adapt the process to existing footage, self-recorded interviews and full shoots;
  • keep the brand consistent across different programmes and teams;
  • prepare Polish-language content for international communication;
  • deliver versions ready for websites, YouTube, LinkedIn and social media.

FAQ | VIDEO PRODUCTION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS

Video production across multiple programmes. Frequently asked questions.

Clear answers about post-production, event films, short-form content, international shoots and English subtitles.

What video content did Rek House produce for EIT Food?

Rek House worked on six projects covering FEASTS webinar post-production, nine ambassador reels, FoodEducators content, event films and Test Farms stories produced in Poland and Finland. The scope ranged from editing existing recordings to complete on-location production.

Does Rek House deliver international video productions?

Yes. For EIT Food, Rek House produced content in Poland and Finland. The team developed concepts, scripts and schedules, coordinated contributors, filmed on location and delivered English subtitles and versions suitable for international communication.

How do you produce a video case study about a startup and a farm?

The process begins by defining the problem, contributors and result the film needs to explain. We then develop interview questions, a shot list and a filming plan. Interviews with the startup and technology user are combined with footage of the solution in action, subtitles, branding and shorter social versions.

Can Rek House handle webinar post-production only?

Yes. In the FEASTS project, Rek House worked with existing recordings. The scope included two-camera editing, removing selected sections, improving sound, colour correction and English subtitles. This approach works when the recording already exists but needs structure and professional finishing.

How are short videos made from self-recorded footage?

We begin with a shared concept, a clear speaking structure and technical recording guidance. The footage is then selected and edited into short versions with a strong opening, one central message, branding and captions. For EIT Food, recordings from three ambassadors became nine vertical reels.

Can Rek House provide English subtitles and language versions?

Yes. In the EIT Food projects, interviews recorded in Polish were prepared with English subtitles. Subtitles can be delivered within the video or as a separate file for further editing and publishing.

What does event video production include?

Before the event, we define the objective, contributors, interview questions and shots required to show atmosphere and context. On location, we record interviews and b-roll. Post-production adds graphics, music, colour, sound and subtitles, with final files prepared for selected channels.

When is a long-term video production partner useful?

This model works for organisations that run several programmes, communicate across multiple channels and regularly need different formats. Familiarity with the brand and its procedures shortens the start of each new project and helps maintain consistency when the subject, location or audience changes.
