Konica Minolta is a global technology leader in printing, imaging, and IT solutions, employing over 43,000 people in 150 countries. The company, with a rich history, was established in 2003 through the merger of two Japanese giants: Konica (founded in 1873) and Minolta (founded in 1928).

Following a successful collaboration and the trust we built, Konica Minolta chose to continue working with us on a subscription model starting April 2026. We took over the entire process and now operate as their external video team, handling everything from concept to publication, so their internal team can stay focused on the core business.
Strategy & planning
We define the overall video communication direction aligned with business goals. We plan topics and formats across TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn, selecting the right formats for sales, education, and brand positioning. Each month is structured with a clear content plan.
Creative & scripting
We develop ideas for content, write scripts, and structure episodes. Messaging is tailored to the audience and platform, with a strong focus on simplifying complex topics into clear, engaging video formats.
Video production
We organize and execute shoot days, both on-site and in external locations. Our team handles the full technical setup, including camera, lighting, and sound. We produce a range of materials such as case studies, short-form videos, and product content.
Post-production
We edit both short-form and long-form content, adding subtitles, graphics, and animations. Each video goes through color grading and sound design, and is adapted to different platforms.
Publishing & distribution
We prepare content for release, adjust formats to specific channels, and support the publishing process and content management.
Optimization & growth
We analyze performance, suggest improvements, and continuously evolve the content strategy based on data. The process is iterative and focused on long-term effectiveness.
